Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PlayStock, a virtual stock trading, investor education, and social investing platform operated by CHIMBONETWORK GROUP.

Virtual Trading Only

PlayStock is currently a simulation and education platform. Virtual balances, virtual portfolios, simulated orders, rankings, rewards, and competition results have no cash value unless a separate written promotion explicitly says otherwise. PlayStock does not currently execute real Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange orders, provide brokerage custody, hold client investment funds, or operate as a licensed investment adviser.

No Financial Advice

Market data, AI explanations, community posts, rankings, alerts, and education content are for general learning only. They are not financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult licensed professionals before real investing.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use PlayStock lawfully. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform features, attempt fraud, manipulate competitions, impersonate others, or post harmful content.

Community Rules

You may not post scams, spam, false investment claims, hate or harassment, illegal content, confidential information, unauthorized promotions, or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove content, limit posting, shadow-ban abusive behavior, require approval, or report serious abuse.

Payments

Paid features may include virtual packages, subscriptions, premium analytics, competitions, or education. Website and PWA payments may use PayIn, Flutterwave, mobile money, or card processors. Mobile app purchases use Google Play or Apple App Store billing only. Prices and availability may change. Payment providers may apply their own terms. Refunds, where available, are handled according to the payment method, applicable law, and the specific product purchased.

App Store Disclaimer

PlayStock is owned and operated by CHIMBONETWORK GROUP. Apple, Google, the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange, banks, brokers, and payment networks are not sponsors of PlayStock unless a separate written partner notice says otherwise.

Future Regulated Features

PlayStock may later integrate brokers, banks, mobile money, wallets, KYC, AML, open banking, or real trading features. Those features will require additional terms, compliance checks, partner approvals, and regulatory controls before activation.

Availability

We aim to keep PlayStock reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free market data, or permanent availability of any feature. We may update, limit, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
